“The View” is extremely worried after the Trump administration deported gang members who were illegally in the US to El Salvador's biggest security prison.
Many of the illegal immigrants brought to El Salvador in a new agreement with the United States were deported under the Alien Enemy Act of 1798. The move was to help speed up the deportation process to increase the number of exiles. A federal judge ordered the flight to be suspended or turned around if they were in the air, but the flight made it a Central American country, and detainees were processed into terrorist confinement centres.
“The written order and the administration's actions are not inconsistent.”
“You just have to open your eyes, because if they can just get out and take someone, they've made the decision that you should be that person. I said on monday.
“Don't give them any ideas, girl,” Anna Navarro inserted.
Goldberg then dropped off the rails and filed ramblings about the Trump administration.
“Well, listen, you know, if we don't keep saying… Listen, I understand that you want to clean up all the bad things.
Democrats and mainstream media accused the Trump administration of violating the judge's orders as the flights were allegedly going as planned and violating the deportee's legitimate process.
In response to criticism, White House spokesman Caroline Leavitt said the administration “did not refuse to comply with the court's orders.” The order, which had no legal basis, was issued after the terrorist TDA aliens had already been removed from US territory.
Lewitt pointed out that “the Supreme Court has repeatedly made it clear. The federal court generally has no jurisdiction over the president's act of diplomacy, his authority under the Foreign Enemy Act, and his core Article 2 powers to remove foreign terrorists from the US soil and to repel declared aggression.”
