The stock of Nebius Group NV NBIS jumped significantly in pre-market trading after the company revealed it had landed a GPU infrastructure contract with Microsoft, valued at up to $19.4 billion.

Nebius has signed a deal with Microsoft to provide dedicated GPU infrastructure capacity at a new data center being established in New Jersey, lasting for five years.

Shares of Nebius Group climbed by 49.6%, reaching $95.80 during the pre-market session.
