‘Will Force Us to Make Sure Our Kids Get What They Need’

ABC’s View Whoopy Goldberg cut it into commercials as co-host Whoopy Goldberg issued an emotional defense of President Donald Trump’s proposal to dismantle the Department of Education.

Speaking to co-host Sunny Hostin, Goldberg said the end of the department could be “good” by encouraging parents to get what their children need.

“Maybe they’re trying to break down the Department of Education, as you know, what’s going on,” she said.

“Yes,” Hostin replied.

“Maybe that’s a good thing,” Goldberg replied. “Maybe we’ll force our kids to get what they actually need. Maybe we’ll go to our state and say, ‘Listen, I definitely want to. You’re taking all this money from my taxes, so I want to get exactly what they need. I don’t have to wait for the government to do that.”

“We can do that. This is in our hands now. This is in our hands. And no one wants to do it because it’s a bitch. But what do you know? If that comes down to your survival, this is what you have to do. You could take care of it.”

That’s when Whoopi Goldberg learned from her producer that views become commercials.

Education Secretary Linda McMahon shared a clip of X and said, “.”flat whoopi Goldberg I know – it’s time to do the best for our children and send education back to the state. Welcome to the team! ”

Whoopy’s shocking statement came on the same day as NAACP He filed a lawsuit to the Ministry of Education for reductions to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

“NAACP I sued The U.S. Department of Education reported Tuesday that it would be to halt illegal efforts to cut off funding for schools that use diversity, equity and inclusion programs and prevent Black students from receiving equal educational opportunities.” Reuters.

“In the complaint, “The largest civil rights group in the United States, submitted to Washington, D.C., took responsibility for targeting programs that provide a “true and comprehensive curriculum,” as well as programs that provide Black Americans with equal access to selective education opportunities, and efforts to promote a sense of belonging and address racism.”
