Will Levis sounds like NFL draft trade possibility with Titans’ Cam Ward pick coming

Will Revis has already temporarily lost Titan’s QB job to traveler Mason Rudolph.

Now he will lose it, perhaps permanently – the expected No. 1 overall pick comedy ward.

This leaves the former Kentucky star in a dangerous place to enter his third year, raising questions about whether the aforementioned future is Tennessee.

New Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi gave a warm evaluation of Revis at the team’s draft earlier press conference on Tuesday, with ESPN listing Revis as a player on the rookie contract.Who would be considered a consumable?“In the three-day draft starting Thursday.

“Will is the quarterback in our room and he’s still developing,” Borgonzi said. “He’s a young quarterback. He has some good moments and like other young quarterbacks, they’re continuing to develop.”

The Titans selected Revis in the second round and then chose their 33rd overall pick in the 2023 draft after skating in that year’s draft.

The 25-year-old Revis was able to get occasional glimpses during his rookie season, threw eight touchdowns for four interceptions in nine games.

The Titans entrusted Levis with the starting quarterback duties last year, lifting the ball a little too much, throwing 12 interceptions in 12 games and losing three fumbles.

Levis lost his job after showing a brutal four falls in a 37-27 defeat to the Bengals in week 12 before being left in a brutal 37-27 fall. He only threw for 89 yards in the game.

Signal-Caller said he believes he could still be the NFL start quarterback.

“I still believe I can be a franchise quarterback for this team. I have the greatest confidence in myself and my ability to lead the team in this league. I think this year has been a huge development for me,” Revis said last December. According to TennesietItans.com.

“I know that I have a positive future, whether here or elsewhere, and I have to have the necessary conversation here.

He’s questioning whether he’ll stay with the team all weekend, not that guy from Tennessee, who thwarted a shocking decision on the first pick.

The Titans have veterans Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle – yes, Tim Boyle – on the roster and they appear to serve as ward mentors as they are on career points that they know are better suited to backup than challenge themselves to start a gig.

The team could consider getting Revis at a cheaper cost, and hopefully he will probably develop him into a more effective starter and high quality backup.

Levis threw for 3,899 yards and 21 touchdowns in 20 games, but threw 16 interceptions.
