The conversation around extraterrestrial life took an interesting turn when former President Barack Obama, in a chat with Brian Tyler Cohen, stated that aliens are indeed “real,” though perhaps not as commonly imagined.
“So, are aliens for real?” Cohen posed to Obama. “You know I don’t lie,” he replied.
“They’re real, but I haven’t seen them,” Obama clarified, adding, “They’re not… stored at Area 51.”
“Unless there’s some grand conspiracy hiding it from the president, there’s no secret facility,” he noted.
Even as Obama spoke on the existence of aliens, former President Donald Trump expressed his discontent regarding Obama’s remarks.
When asked about Obama’s thoughts, Trump remarked, “He revealed classified information. He wouldn’t do that. I can’t say if it’s real or not. All I know is he disclosed classified information. Truly a blunder.” Initially reluctant to address Obama’s statements, Trump later claimed on Truth Social that he’d make government documents about aliens available to the public.
“In response to the considerable interest shown, I’ll instruct the Secretary of the Army and other relevant agencies to start the process of unearthing and releasing government files concerning aliens, extraterrestrials, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), UFOs, and any other related complex yet intriguing matters,” Trump stated in the post.
Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez pointed out that both presidents seem to be hinting at the existence of aliens, and there’s palpable excitement over potential revelations.
“So, we have a former president saying, ‘Yes, aliens are real, but they’re not in Area 51.’ Then a current president saying, ‘Oh, that should have been kept confidential.’ It’s like they’re both acknowledging aliens exist and that they’re in the loop,” Gonzalez noted.
“I think Trump kind of slipped up,” she added.
