William Shatner beams into ‘woke’ debate by reminding fans Mark Hamill ‘ruined’ ‘Star Wars’ with bizarre comment

Star Trek icon William Shatner rekindled a huge fan fire for the “Awakened” theme of the Star Wars franchise, throwing responsibility into fellow sci-fi celebrity mark Hamill.

Some “Star Wars” fans are buying up the franchise and exploiting Disney to bash what is considered a left-wing story in the latest movies and shows. Shatner pointed out that Hamill had previously said that his character could be imagined by some fans as being gay.
