Williams F1 to unveil their 2024 challenger in New York City

In December, Williams announced that it would announce its challenger for the 2024 F1 season on February 5, 2024.

It has been learned that the announcement will be made at a “special event” in New York City.

The team teased the release in a website update on Friday, confirming a February 5th launch date and announcing an event in New York. “The new Williams Racing campaign will officially launch on Monday, February 5th with a special event in New York City.” Team website description.

A season ago, both Red Bull and AlphaTauri held events in New York City to unveil their 2023 campaign challengers, the RB19 and AT04. Last February, Red Bull introduced the RB19 to the world at a live event in New York City, while also announcing a future partnership with Ford.

AlphaTauri's 2023 launch coincided with New York Fashion Week.

Williams is coming off a strong season in the constructors' championship, finishing seventh from last place in the 2022 season. They plan to return Alexander Albon and American driver Logan Sargent to the 2024 lineup.
