Andrew and Angelo Hatziagelis were charged with weapons possession after prosecutors in the case said assault rifles, ghost guns and homemade explosives were found in their Queens apartment across the street from the power plant. He was indicted on 130 criminal charges. .

At this stage of the investigation, the brothers are not connected to any terrorist organization, but anarchist materials were found in their home. A hit list targeting politicians, police officers, judges and even celebrities was also found in his home.

new york post report The brothers reportedly wrote on a piece of paper with a hit list: “Clean out the scum.” Another note read, “Sweep the Earth,” and another line read, “Chorus – Hit List.”

There was also a piece of paper with the words “Human sacrifice allowed.” [sic] But only for corrupt rapists, pedophiles, murderers, politicians, and judges. ”

According to Fox News Digital, authorities executed a search warrant at the Hatziagelises’ home in Astoria on Jan. 17 following a six-month investigation into the illegal manufacturing of ghost guns and 3D-printed firearms.

“Today, our city is safer,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement Monday. I know it won’t hurt you,” he added.

Authorities discovered a partially fabricated IED with a tripwire device, proving the brothers had “advanced technology in homemade explosives.”

Katz went on to say that smoke bombs, more than 600 rounds of ammunition and three sets of armor were found in his brother’s home. She added that a radio scanner was installed at the 114th Precinct, indicating her brothers were “listening.”

“It’s important to realize that homemade explosives and improvised explosive devices like the ones we recovered are generally very unpredictable and very volatile,” Katz said. Ta. “The mere act of removing them from their homes and submitting them to clinical testing poses a risk to the NYPD and to any office or agency that has access to the building in which they are housed.”

While authorities executed the search warrant, the NYPD bomb squad had to leave the scene multiple times to study and decompose the homemade bomb.

“In fact, four IEDs were recovered from the same container. If one of those IEDs had detonated, it would likely have created a shock wave and detonated the rest of the explosives,” Katz continued. “Because of this, as I said, the bomb squad evacuated the entire building several times.”

The brothers are scheduled to appear in court on February 15 and could be sentenced to 25 years in prison if convicted.
