WNBA’s Paige Bueckers’ business savvy prompts Unrivaled investment

Paige Bueckers has had an eventful month.

On the first Sunday of the month, the Bueckers helped UConn women’s basketball return to the mountain peak. The Husky knocked out defending champion South Carolina Gamecock to secure Bueker’s first career NCAA title.

The unparalleled is expected to pay Booker over a 10-week season than WNBA rookie pay would earn over a record 44 games in the league during the 2025 season. But on Wednesday, Bueckers’ April Whirlwind received another spin when she announced she was an unparalleled investor.

The Dallas Wings rookie confirmed his investment stocks on Wednesday when he appeared on “Good Morning America.”

“In other words, women’s investment in sports – I feel that return on investment is amazing.” Bueckers said. “Even in the first year (of other people), the numbers were shocking. They blew it out of the water. And to invest a lot in women’s sports, it’s grown to the highest ever, and it’s the perfect time to participate in women’s sports.”

The average unparalleled salary was over $220,000. Bueckers’ four-year WNBA trading base salary is just under $350,000.

Bueckers is the newest and most well-known investor with no affiliation.

In December, the league announced $28 million in funding from a group that includes Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, NBA star Giannis Anteto Compo, South Carolina women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley and USC star Juju Watkins. Other investors include tennis star Cocoff, retired soccer star Alex Morgan, and retired NBA star Carmelo Anthony.

But before she stepped onto the floor for unparalleled comparable, the Bueckers are waiting for her rookie WNBA season.

After the talk show round, the Bueckers head to Texas to perform and prepare for training camp, which begins on April 27th.

The Wings will have a season against the Minnesota Links on May 16th, and will face Kate Linklerk and Indiana Fever on June 27th.

“I already feel so much love to join the cities and organizations that accept you, and I haven’t stepped into Dallas yet,” Bueckers said. “Everyone loved me and accepted me with open arms.”
