A woman has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a baby in a stroller in Northeast Philadelphia.
As previously reported by The Blaze-News, a suspect opened fire on a couple walking their 7-month-old son in the 4000 block of Meridian Street in the city’s Holmesburg neighborhood Thursday evening. On Friday, police arrested 28-year-old Dominique Billips in connection with the shooting after officers from another unit recognized her on police video. Tips from the public also helped, according to a police press release shared with The Blaze-News. Charges against Billips include aggravated assault and violations of the Uniform Firearms Act.
