The female passenger took a different route off the Alaska Airlines plane after landing in Seattle Sunday evening.
Shortly after 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, Port of Seattle Emergency Dispatch was alerted to an incident at Gate N9 involving inbound Alaska Airlines Flight 323, said Perry Cooper, media relations manager at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. he told FOX News Digital in a statement.
Mr Cooper said a female passenger on the plane became “uneasy” and opened the emergency exit on the wing.
Cooper said the woman climbed onto the plane's wing because she was worried.

After the Alaska Airlines flight landed, the woman opened the emergency exit and climbed onto the wing because she was “anxious.” (St. Petersburg)
Cooper added that the Port of Seattle Fire Department responded and helped the passengers get off the plane's wing and onto the gangway.
Cooper said the Port Police's crisis management team responded and ultimately decided to send the passenger to the hospital for testing.

Cooper said no one was injured and other operations were not affected by the incident.

An Alaska Airlines spokesperson also confirmed the incident to Fox News Digital, saying, “The issue has been safely resolved.”

An airline spokesperson said: “We are working with the flight crew and airport staff to gather details about what happened.We would like to thank our employees for their quick response and apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.'' I apologize.”
