A 25-year-old woman from New Jersey, who was spotted in a video with a tattoo reading “boobs” on her leg, was arrested this week on charges related to sexual crimes involving a minor. It’s alleged that she sexually assaulted a child and shared videos of the incident on Snapchat.
Victoria Ann Cranmer is accused of recording a sexual assault on May 6 in the bathroom of a residence located in Little Egg Harbor, a town situated about 30 miles from Atlantic City.
Authorities stated that the video was captured using a cellphone which her previous roommate had gifted her for her birthday in April.
New Jersey.com reported that, according to heavily redacted court documents, the relationship between Cranmer and her former roommate deteriorated in May, leading to her eviction from the home and a request for her phone to be returned.
After leaving the phone in the mailbox, her ex-roommate discovered the incriminating video after retrieving the device.
It seems that the former roommate informed both state and local law enforcement, prompting an investigation by the Little Egg Harbor Police Department. In late May, police seized the phone and obtained a search warrant to examine its contents.
During their investigation, they discovered several other videos allegedly depicting Cranmer and the minor in the bathroom, according to officials.
In a 14-second video featuring the child, Cranmer’s tattoos were visible, including the one that says “boob” on her leg.
New Jersey 101.5 reported that the criminal complaint filed this week states Cranmer recorded an illegal Snapchat video of the girl in the bathroom. Investigators found multiple videos stored in her iPhone 17 Pro’s Snapchat account. Additional details emerged through an appendix to the complaint.
Police indicated that the video from May 6 shows the victim touching Cranmer’s genitals while she was sitting on the toilet. Cranmer can be heard laughing and asking, “Why are you picking my pubic hair?” Her voice and various tattoos, including the word “tits,” a lightning bolt, and a mushroom, helped identify her.
Cranmer was arrested on Tuesday and charged with sexual assault of a child ages “4 years or older but less than 13,” as reported by the outlet. She faces three distinct counts of child endangerment as well, which include failing in her duty of care, manufacturing child sexual abuse materials, and possessing such materials.
Additionally, the outlet noted that Cranmer has a job as a clinical coordinator in the medical sector, as per her LinkedIn profile.
She was booked into the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, New Jersey, where she remained as of Friday.
