WWE doctor withdraws litigation against Vince McMahon-accuser Janel Grant

A health care physician who reportedly treats WWE wrestlers and employees has dropped a lawsuit against a woman who had accused Vince McMahon of sexual assault and human trafficking, according to court records.

Dr. Carlon Kolker filed a motion in court last month seeking evidence in a separate federal lawsuit from former WWE employee Janelle Grant, who claims McMahon used her as a sex slave and defecated on her head while she worked for WWE.

The pretrial petition, filed in response to a petition filed by Grant in July, appeared to be a precursor to a defamation lawsuit until it was withdrawn last week, according to documents filed Wednesday in Connecticut Superior Court.

Grant is suing WWE, Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

Grant was seeking to obtain Kolker's medical records as part of his lawsuit against McMahon, WWE and former top WWE executive John Laurinaitis, who is also alleged to have been involved in a series of assaults against her.

McMahon and Laurinaitis deny the allegations.

“Not surprisingly, Dr. Kolker has withdrawn his baseless allegations,” Grant's lawyer, Ann Cullis, said in a statement.

“Like Mr. McMahon's recent dismissed complaint, this was filed simply as another frivolous attempt to intimidate Mr. Grant.”

Grant's petition against Corker remains active.

“Ms. Grant maintains her right to request documentation and information regarding her medical records, metadata, treatments prescribed by Dr. Kolker, and any communications between Dr. Kolker and any other parties regarding Ms. Grant or Ms. Grant's treatment,” Kalis said.

According to Grant, McMahon directed him to visit Kolker's clinic, Peak Wellness, in Greenwich, Connecticut, after he complained of fatigue and insomnia.

Grant claims he was given intravenous infusions more than 60 times and was prescribed supplements and medications without being told what he was receiving.

Grant also said he tried to access his medical records from the clinic but was denied.

The Post has reached out to Kolker, Peak Wellness and McMahon for comment.

McMahon, who stepped down as chairman of WWE parent company TKO Group Holdings earlier this year following Grant's lawsuit, is also under federal investigation for allegations he made hush money payments to women over a period of years.

McMahon alleged in court documents that Grant was a willing participant in their sexual affair.

Grant claimed she snuck into his penthouse late at night, went to bed and then returned to her home in the same building.

McMahon also claims that Grant had written her love letters and that they had made plans for a future together – a claim that Grant's representatives have denied, saying he was coerced into writing the letters.
