Roman Reigns Returns to WWE

Roman Reigns made a comeback to the WWE arena during “Monday Night Raw” to fend off a post-match attack involving Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

In this showdown, CM Punk managed to pin Breakker, earning himself a chance to compete for the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther at next month’s SummerSlam. However, as the match ended, Reed launched a surprise attack on Punk. Jey Uso tried to intervene but was quickly taken down by Breakker’s spear.

The atmosphere at Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama, was electric when Reigns’ music hit. He and his team swiftly took down Reed and Breakker while Paul Heyman provided backup from the sidelines.

In another highlight, Naomi exited the ring as the women’s world champion after successfully cashing in a “Money in the Bank” contract.

Reed attempted to land a top-rope “tsunami” on Punk, but Reigns’ entrance changed the course of the action dramatically. The crowd’s excitement was palpable, reaching a fever pitch.

Since losing at WrestleMania 41, Reigns had been absent from the ring, and his return stirred a mix of emotions, especially with lingering tension between him and Punk. It seems their rivalry is far from over.

Punk will face Gunther at SummerSlam, and we can expect some unresolved issues involving Reigns, Heyman, and the others to unfold in the weeks leading up to the event.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins was notably absent from the show, having reportedly sustained a leg injury during a previous match. Heyman mentioned that Rollins’ health was not a concern since he could cash in his contract anytime within the next 11 months, which could open up possibilities for him in the future.
