Wyndham Clark expresses regret for his outburst in the final round of the PGA Championship.

Golf brings a mix of emotions, something that’s true for everyone from casual players to professionals. When it involves history and tradition at a major event, those emotions can be even more intense.

That seemed to be the case on Sunday at Quazul Hollow. Wyndham Clark appeared visibly frustrated after a tee shot during the final round of the PGA Championship.

A notable incident occurred when Clark reacted badly by violently destroying his driver, which ended up damaging a nearby T-Mobile sponsorship sign. It’s worth mentioning that T-Mobile sponsors him.

Clark’s frustration peaked around 4 PM at the tee. He turned and hurled the driver, causing damage—not just to the club, but to the sign too. This was a tough moment, as he later took to social media to express his regret.

In his post, Clark acknowledged that his actions were not appropriate, emphasizing that he should have handled his emotions better. It’s commendable that he addressed it quickly with an apology.
