Unfortunately, the 2024 major championship season has come to an end.
Xander Schauffele won by two strokes over Justin Rose and Billy Horschel at the British Open, winning two of four major championships and becoming the first American to win a major championship since 1982.

While Scottie Scheffler holds a commanding lead on the season money list with $28,148,691, Schauffele took home an impressive $3.1 million at the British Open.
The reigning PGA and British Open champion still sits second on the prize money list, but his gap to third-placed Rory McIlroy has widened.
July ends this week and with just a few more events and even more huge prize money until the FedExCup, I wanted to show you where the money is.

The top 10 has changed slightly with the emergence of Shane Lowry, but for the most part it has remained the same. Morikawa and Matsuyama have swapped places, which is understandable considering the two-time major champion continues to finish in the top 10 while Matsuyama has struggled in form.
