Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy will not be charged after his arrest Friday, Williamson County District Attorney told Austin America State on Saturday.
Online prison records show Worthy was arrested Friday on suspicion of attack.
Records showed attacks on family members and household members who allegedly had limited breathing for the victim. Under Texas law, the charge is a third felony and will be punished in prison for up to 10 years.

However, District Attorney Sean Dick said Williamson County officials would not file charges after speaking to multiple witnesses.
“After further investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and further discussion with third-party witness Worthy and his lawyers, the case is being denied as the Williamson County Sheriff's Office investigation is being waited for completion of the investigation,” Dick said in an email, according to the exit.
“Mr. Worthy and his attorneys are fully involved in this investigation.
“We will continue to evaluate cases. As with all declines, as with our practice, in this case, our office may consider that information and present the case to the Great Ju Court in Williamson County at that time.”
Shortly after news of the arrest surfaced, lawyers Chip Lewis and Sam Bassett issued valuable statements in which they alleged his innocence.

“We are aware of allegations that led to Mr. Valuable's arrest,” the statement obtained by the Associated Press said. “We are working with Williamson County law enforcement to ensure the overall benefit of the situation that led to this allegation.”
The lawyer argued that the “applicant” refused to leave the home of a valuable home despite many requests. A representative for Worthy also allegedly said the victim, who allegedly tried to force an NFL star, described the allegations made against the client as “baseless.”

Worthy's property was damaged and he suffered physical harm, according to the statement. According to the statement, the Chief Leciber also notified the authorities that they did not support the lawsuit.
