Thursday’s episode of TNA’s “Impact” looked set to be a big night for Harley Hudson. She had been considering joining The Righteous, Vincent and Dutch’s duo, as they turned their attention to the TNA roster. Dutch had even saved Hudson from elimination in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at Bound for Glory last month.
As Hudson entered the ring, Vincent and Dutch invited her to repeat their words: “I am righteous. For we are many.” They continued the chant, then added that while she had been deciding, someone else had already made up their mind.
Hudson repeated the final line hesitantly, realizing she wasn’t being welcomed into the group. Dutch moved aside to reveal former Knockouts World Champion Xia Brookside. Brookside attacked Hudson and hit her with a Dark Side DDT, apparently taking her place as the newest member of The Righteous. The crowd wasn’t pleased.
Hudson’s night wasn’t over. After the attack, she called her mother and admitted she’d ignored her warning not to trust The Righteous because they had sounded convincing. She also said she struggled to make friends and felt she had no home in TNA, though she wasn’t ready to leave.
Then Hudson found a note taped to a trailer in the parking lot. It invited her to “Play with Meeee” and was sealed with a kiss. Nearby, she discovered a dollhouse.
The person behind the invitation was Taryn Terrell, who appears to be recruiting Hudson for a new version of The Dollhouse.
Terrell is back for her third run with TNA. She first joined The Dollhouse in 2015, won the TNA Knockouts Championship once, and was named Knockout of the Year in 2014. Earlier this year, she returned at Sacrifice alongside ODB and Mickie James. Now, she seems to have found a new recruit in Hudson.
