Yankees vs. Blue Jays: Game 3 Highlights
Baseball fans were buzzing on Tuesday night as they watched the American League Division Series (ALDS) between the New York Yankees and the Toronto Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium.
Things took a wild turn in the fourth inning when Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of the Blue Jays was at bat. Two individuals wearing shirts promoting cryptocurrency dashed onto the field. Security quickly responded, tackling them to the ground without hesitation.
Following this unexpected interruption, the intruders were seen being handcuffed and escorted out of the stadium. Oddly enough, they missed out on a significant game.
At that point, the Blue Jays were leading 6-1 by the end of the third inning, but the Yankees weren’t done yet. They managed to score two runs in that third inning, and in the fourth, Aaron Judge hit a remarkable three-run home run. The atmosphere shifted dramatically as the game was tied, with Judge recording three hits and four RBIs throughout the game.
Meanwhile, the Yankees’ bullpen continued to prevent the Blue Jays from regaining their previous momentum, allowing New York to add three more runs. Ultimately, the Yankees won the game 9-6, staying alive in the playoff hunt.
Judge commented on the thrilling game, stating, “Tonight was special, but there’s still more to do. I hope there will be a few more great moments like this for the rest of the postseason.”
Looking ahead, Game 4 is set for Wednesday night at 7:08 p.m. ET.
