Yolanda Hadid’s Farm Returns to Market

Yolanda Hadid’s enchanting horse and lavender farm is once again up for sale. The former supermodel and reality TV star listed her cherished Bucks County, Pennsylvania property for $10.88 million late last month. Within just a couple of weeks, it appeared that she had secured a buyer, leading her to share her heartfelt feelings with her 3.6 million Instagram followers.

However, it seems that the deal has fallen through, as the 32-acre property, known as Yolanda Hadid Family Farm, reappeared on the market this week at the same asking price.

According to reports, the agents involved, Levi Habib and Carl Gambino, chose not to comment on the situation.

Hadid purchased this expansive property in 2017 for around $4 million. She has previously expressed her affection for the area, mentioning a transformative trip she took there earlier that year. “Someone invited me to a retreat here in Pennsylvania,” she recalled. “I woke up the next morning and thought, ‘Oh my god, this might be the place I need to find a place.'”

During the pandemic, her three children—Gigi, Bella, and Anwar—utilized the farm as a rural oasis. Hadid described how the property became a family sanctuary during the lockdown period, noting how they planted thousands of lavender seeds together. Reflecting on that time, she said, “It was very difficult, but it was also very fun.” The experience of working the land brought them closer as a family.

The farm, located in New Hope, has a history dating back to 1682. Hadid painstakingly refurbished the main house, originally built in 1810, and says, “He probably touched every inch of the farm.” This main house spans 3,400 square feet, featuring three bedrooms that blend vintage charm with contemporary elegance.

On the third floor, the primary suite boasts a luxurious layout with a designer closet and a walk-in shower, while the property includes quaint cottages and ample space for guests. There’s even a grand stone barn from around 1776, complete with 14 stables.

Outdoors, one can find a dressage arena, stables, and a vegetable garden surrounded by lavender. Hadid shared that her daughters, Bella and Gigi, enjoy riding horses on the property, adding a personal dimension to their experiences.

Well-known for her holistic lifestyle, Hadid made full use of her lavender fields and vegetable garden, producing lavender oil and wine stored in a specially restored springhouse.

Currently, Hadid is choosing to part ways with this beloved place, partially influenced by her recent breakup with fiancé Joseph Jingoli. Reflecting on changes in her life, she conveyed that with her children spreading out and her own needs evolving, it felt right to let go of the property.

The presence of the Hadid family has undoubtedly contributed to making New Hope a sought-after destination for celebrities and real estate buyers alike. Ultimately, Hadid’s decision to sell comes down to a mix of personal and practical reasons, as she seeks to simplify her life.
