Young Brewers supporter playfully mocks Dodgers with funny Halloween outfit after NLCS victory.

The Los Angeles Dodgers faced a rough defeat against the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Championship Series, leading to some playful mockery from even the youngest fans in Wisconsin.

Just a day after the Brewers swept the two-time defending champions, a young fan from Milwaukee was spotted at his school’s Halloween party on Friday, dressed as a “battered” Dodgers player.

This kid’s costume—a Dodgers uniform complete with baseball pants and some fake blood—was delivered with a comedic flair that would make any seasoned comedian envious.

“Ow, I got beat up by the Brewers,” he said in a funny video shared on Instagram by his mother, Alexa Dobry.

The internet, unsurprisingly, couldn’t resist chiming in. One Reddit user questioned why the Halloween party was happening two weeks early. Another cleverly suggested it might’ve been a postponed party from last year, taking a jab at the Dodgers’ sizable roster of deferred salaries and their earlier sweep of the Brewers in last year’s NLCS.

The Brewers deserve recognition for taking down a powerful Dodgers team that featured impressive pitching talent, including two-time AL Cy Young Award winner Tarik Skubal and 2025 World Series MVP Yoshinobu Yamamoto. Despite this, they managed to lose all four games, even while holding leads at various points.

This series marked the first NLCS sweep in Dodgers’ franchise history—quite a bitter pill to swallow after last year’s sweep in favor of Los Angeles. Baseball has, it seems, a peculiar way of even things out.

With an impressive regular-season record of 103 wins, the Brewers are heading to their first World Series since 1982, while the Dodgers are left reflecting on how such a star-studded roster ended up with no wins in the playoffs.
