A young mother who transitioned from female to male as a troubled teenager has spoken out about the regrets and lasting health problems she now faces as a result, before detransitioning.
“I feel like I was a guinea pig, and I feel like my gender ideology took away my future health,” Prisha Mosley said in a new interview, adding that she doesn't want to make the same choice. He warned other young people thinking of doing so.
Mosley, 26, began transitioning to male at the age of 17 after suffering from anorexia, suicidal thoughts and trauma from rape. She said transgender activists online convinced her that she was unhappy because her body was “fighting to be a boy.”
“Since I was a kid, I believed this: 'My body is not only terrible, it's completely wrong. All my problems are because I'm actually a boy,'” she said. Ta. daily mail.

After sharing these thoughts with a nutritionist who treats her anorexia, she “almost immediately” contacted a gender therapist who diagnosed her with gender dysphoria and began prescribing hormones to begin her transition to malehood. did.
She claims medical professionals misled her and her reluctant parents about the risks and led them to believe that having a boy would solve the problem.
“It was sold as something wonderful that would take away all the pain I was feeling,” Prisha told the Daily Mail. “But it didn't help at all. I felt even worse and was left with a lot of shame, guilt and anger.”
“I completely believed the lie that I could become a completely new person with all my problems. But the problems were still there and I felt even worse,” she added.
Years later, she realized she had made a “terrible mistake” and stopped taking testosterone in order to become a woman again.
She is now warning others about the chronic health issues she suffers from as a result of these gender-based treatments and how it is impacting her journey as a new mother. I am doing it.

Mosley gave birth to a healthy baby boy six months ago after experiencing pregnancy-related pain as a result of body changes caused by taking puberty blockers. However, she has been unable to breastfeed her children and suffers from chronic pain and other health issues since undergoing a double mastectomy at age 18.
“The muscles in my neck and shoulders are large and disproportionate, and they burn constantly, like electric shocks,” she told the Daily Mail.
“I have to take medication because my pancreas is failing, I'm insulin resistant and I have polycystic ovary syndrome from years of taking testosterone,” she added.
Intercourse is also difficult, and she says she suffers from a permanent change in her voice, among other changes she has experienced.
