Young women’s leadership nonprofit responds to YETI ‘political’ order cancellation: ‘Do better’

Thermal Cup brand Yeti has been attacked on social media for refusing to meet the orders of young women's nonprofit organizations.

An email obtained by Fox Business revealed that the brand had previously met Clare Boothe Luce Center (CBL) orders worth $3,797.84 last May.

The nonprofit Clare Booth Center for Conservative Women in Northern Virginia, describes it as “an all-women's organization specializing in conservative outreach, education and mentoring young women.”

The center is named after Claire Booth Loose. She herself is a well-known playwright, lawmaker and Italian ambassador.

“[Luce] In fact, there is an astonishing quote that we use all the time. “Courage is a ladder where all other virtues appear,” the president of Claire Booth Loose Center, Kimberly Begg, said in an interview with Fox Business.

In an email obtained by Fox Business, Yeti responded to inquiries from the Clare Boothe Luce Center that was cancelled on March 20, 2025. 15 or “Custom Products” in terms of contract.

According to the brand, “Yeti values, tolerance, open dialogue, and we serve a diverse and diverse customer base. Yeti has the sole discretion to reject order that we deem inappropriate for production. We accept orders and mark Yeti products with the candidate's name or campaign slogan.

In an interview with Fox Business, Begg claimed that the Yeti brand suddenly cancelled after accepting an order worth $1,608.00 this week.

According to Begg, the cancellation was made as the centre was originally confused about what had changed between the May 2024 order and the March 2025 order attempt.

Begg said last year the hiccup-free and customized tumblers made a great gift to the speakers and mentors who gave the time to the Claire Booth Loose Center.

“[YETI] Begg told Fox Business. So, anyone who speaks every presentation will end these mugs with a very ritualistic ritual to the speaker. I love the speakers. I don't think there's any problem at all. ”

According to Begg, that's when trouble began.

“What's really interesting about it when a young woman in our office contacts us? [YETI]she didn't tape [the conversation],” I remembered.

“She told me about it and she went back and she asked me to talk. [a YETI] Supervisor. She tried, she came back many times and eventually she said. It's just a solid no. ”

The Clare Boothe Luce Center social media page has been updated with the news of order cancellations, with an Instagram post saying, “Soooo…@yeti cancelled us.”

“I ordered the exact same product without any problems last year from Yeti,” the nonprofit wrote in their post. “Nothing makes a difference. The terms have not changed over the past decade. I submitted my payment and received all the confirmation emails. This is ridiculous.

Using data from the website Stockanalysis, Yeti Brand (Yeti) has declined 17.38% since last year, with a market capitalization of $2.8 billion.

The standard 10 oz Yeti Rambler mug is currently selling for $25 per unit per online store.

A Yeti spokesman provided this comment to Fox Business:

“Starting with our first customized Rambler® drinkware in 2015, we used our best efforts to prevent customization of products tailored to our political affiliations or organizations, in addition to content that is considered obscene, vulgar, pearpean, discriminatory, honour and hatred.
