“The Second Amendment will always be safe for me as president,” Donald J. Trump said Friday night, speaking at the NRA’s Great American Outdoors Show.
He said It was great to be back with “hard-working, God-fearing NRA patriots.”
Trump cited the primaries and caucuses he has won so far, and expressed confidence that he will win the upcoming South Carolina primary.
And he talked about warning Americans that Joe Biden would put America in a dangerous situation if elected.
President Trump added: “The only thing I didn’t know is I didn’t know how bad it was going to be.”
Now people are saying, “Trump was right about everything,” and I was right about Joe Biden, he said.
Trump went on to outline how Biden’s policies are harmful to Americans, especially Black Americans and other minorities.
“If we care about our country, if we care about our children, we must fire crooked Joe Biden this November,” he said.
President Trump has turned to the Second Amendment, pointing out that Biden’s policies are corrupt there as well. he warned:
While turning America into a crime-ridden, gang-infested, terror-filled garbage dump, Joe Biden and his thugs are confiscating your guns and denying you your God-given right to self-defense. I would do everything in my power to make it disappear…my 4 days went by and nothing happened and there was a lot of pressure on me with anything to do with guns…we didn’t do anything. We didn’t, we didn’t give in…but four more years of Joe Biden means four more years of anti-gun communists running the ATF.
President Trump suggested that four more years of Biden in office would mean four more years of all-out war on the gun industry, fueled by the left’s desire to put the entire industry out of business.
“If Joe Biden is re-elected, the right to bear arms will be gone, gone forever. And the sad thing is that the bad guys won’t give up their guns.”
“If I’m re-elected, all attacks on gun owners and gun manufacturers will end in my first week in office, probably my first day,” Trump said.
