YouTube stars Dude Perfect nab nine-figure private equity funding deal

Internet personality group Dude Perfect has raised more than $100 million to expand its reach and create more content, the company announced Monday.

Founded more than a decade ago, Dude Perfect creates videos and other content focused on sports and humor, and has built a sizable following with viral YouTube videos and clips.

The group has received nine-figure funding from Highmount Capital, a private equity firm focused on technology and media platforms, according to the announcement.

“By partnering with Highmount Capital, we are pouring gas on the fire and bringing the fun of Dude Perfect that families have watched on screen for the past 15 years into a tactile, real-life product and memory-making experience. “We want to turn it into an experience that they can be themselves,” says co-founder Coby Cotton. stated in a statement.
