Zach Brown is collaborating with jewelry designer Kendra Scott following a controversial separation from his previous wife, Kelly Yazdi.
In a recent chat with People Magazine, the 46-year-old country singer and 51-year-old Scott expressed their happiness about finding each other, stating, “We are very happy and grateful.”
Photos shared by the magazine captured Scott displaying her pink diamond engagement ring while they embraced on a pier, with a sunset casting a warm glow behind them.
In another picture, Scott rested her head on Brown’s shoulder, showcasing her ring as they relaxed together.

During an appearance on “Today,” which aired prior to Brown’s performance, Scott watched from the audience. Brown conveyed his feelings of being “blessed” after announcing his engagement to Scott that morning.
“I feel good,” he said, playfully adding, “I got her good.”
Brown was later questioned about the challenges of selecting the perfect ring for a jewelry designer. He chuckled, “What do you get someone who designs jewelry?” before expressing his joy and the positive energy their relationship brings to his life and music.
In May, the couple made their first public appearance at the 2025 American Music Awards, where Brown’s band, Zach Brown Band, was nominated for favorite country duo or group. During the event, he received a Veteran Audio Award for his ongoing support of the veteran community.
Sources revealed to People that Brown and Scott had been dating for “a few months” and that their connection was facilitated by mutual friends. “They are completely in love,” an insider noted, adding that they were inseparable.
Scott also attended the wedding of fellow country musician Jamie Johnson in May, highlighting their growing bond.
Both have been married before. Scott was previously married to John Scott from 2000 to 2006, with whom she shares two sons. She later married Matt Davis in 2014, but they finalized their divorce in 2020.
Brown was with his first wife, Shelley, for twelve years before they divorced in 2018. They share five children together.
Recently, Brown’s relationship with Yazdi made headlines as their separation was followed by legal disputes. They tied the knot in August 2023, but that was short-lived; they announced their split just four months later. Their divorce, finalized in January 2024, has led to ongoing legal conflicts. Brown filed a lawsuit against Yazdi, accusing her of breaching nondisclosure agreements and misleading the public through social media posts that accused him of “narcissistic abuse.”
Yazdi, in turn, accused Brown of attempting to silence her, leading to her own lawsuit regarding a music video where she claimed he cast a model resembling her in a negative light.
The two are slated to face off in a trial scheduled for September 15 in Atlanta.
