Zach Wilson Celebrates Second Wedding in Utah
Zach Wilson and his wife, Nicolette Wilson, had their second wedding celebration over the weekend in Utah, marking another joyous occasion for the couple.
They initially got married last month during a big event in New York City, surrounded by loved ones, and decided to have additional celebrations to include more family and friends, especially with Zach’s mom, Lisa, by their side.
Lisa shared her thoughts on Instagram, noting that it’s not uncommon for couples from different places to celebrate in both locations. She wrote, “It seems people aren’t used to seeing two wedding celebrations. When the bride and groom come from different sides of the country, they usually have weddings in both places to honor everyone they love.”
Hailing from New Jersey, Zach and Nicolette tied the knot on June 28th at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Midtown, followed by a lively reception. The couple then selected a beautiful venue, Siempre, in Utah to celebrate their love.
Lisa expressed her excitement about her new daughter-in-law, saying, “I love her more than chocolate,” in her Instagram stories from the event.
Zach first met Nicolette in 2022 while he played for the Jets. After being drafted second overall in 2021, he spent three seasons in New York before being traded to the Broncos in the 2024 offseason. Last season, he was the third-string quarterback for Denver, and the couple attended their wedding together.
The two got engaged about a year before their wedding. Nicolette shared her feelings on Instagram, saying, “Zach, you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m so proud of you, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together,” while showcasing her beautiful engagement ring.
As Zach prepares for his new journey with the Dolphins in Florida, he has signed a one-year deal worth $6 million to back up starter Tua Tagovailoa. The Dolphins are set to visit the Colts in the first week of the season.
