“A new attack has occurred in the area of Operation Kursk,” Zelenskyy said in a speech Friday, adding, “Russia has once again deployed North Korean soldiers along with its troops.”

Russia's Defense Ministry said it had repelled Ukraine's counterattack in the Kursk region on Saturday.
