According to the California-based restaurant chain's website, its Cheesecake Factory's “Cheesecake Rewards” members are eligible to receive a free slice of cheesecake on their birthday.

3. Chick-fil-A: Variety of options
Chick-fil-A's birthday rewards vary depending on your level in the Chick-fil-A One rewards program.
According to Chick-fil-A's website, customers are placed into different tiers depending on the amount of food they order and pay for through the app.

Chick-fil-A One members will receive a free chocolate chunk cookie or chocolate fudge brownie.

According to the Olive Garden website, “Olive Garden customers can receive a free dessert on their birthday when they dine at our restaurants.”

6. McDonald's: French fries and maybe more
“My McDonald's” app users can Medium fries According to McDonald's website, the coupon can be used on your birthday, and customers must be 18 or older to redeem the coupon.
