According to police, the boy refused and tried to leave, but the man continued to talk to him.

Police said the man fell on the road and hit his head, and was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on October 12, the department said.
Police told KOAA they believe the boy acted in self-defense and no charges have been filed against him at this time.
