15-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl allegedly ran over pedestrians intentionally with stolen car and posted video online

Police say they have arrested two teens in Seattle, Washington who posted videos of themselves intentionally running into pedestrians online.

They allege that a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were the perpetrators of the horrific attack, which occurred on or about November 26th.

The first victim, a woman, was attacked around 1:50 a.m. near 107 Aurora Avenue North, police said, with surveillance video showing bystanders coming to her aid. .

The second victim was struck as he was walking in the bus lane on Aurora Avenue North, and video shows him flying over the hood of a car.

Police said the attack was so gruesome that they spent significant effort and resources identifying the suspect.

In one of the videos, a woman can be heard saying, “Hit this bitch! Hit this bitch!”

The driver and his passenger laughed maniacally after hitting the pedestrian, then drove off, cursing at the victim.

A second video also showed them laughing again as they looked at the victim.

Despite spending countless hours scrutinizing records, police were unable to identify the victim. After the video was released, the victims turned themselves in to police and admitted they had sustained serious injuries.

They also determined that both vehicles used in the attack were stolen and later recovered.

On Thursday, police arrested the two teenagers and they were booked into the Judge Patricia H. Clark Child and Family Justice Center.

The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office found probable cause to charge the boy with two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of hit-and-run assault and being a felon in possession of a stolen vehicle. The younger girl was charged with probable cause, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
