18-year-old triplets gain popularity sharing a message of faith with Generation Z

18-Year-Old Triplets Spread Faith on Social Media

Triplets Gage, Till, and Kaden Helms, collectively known as 3N1Trilogy, are using social media to share their faith and promote joy found in Jesus. They recently discussed with media outlets why many in Generation Z are turning to faith in their search for purpose and happiness.

Gage expressed optimism that, despite the negativity online, God is working through Christian influencers. “He’s choosing this generation, this is the chosen generation,” Gage remarked. The brothers have launched platforms aimed at connecting with other young people about the gospel and demonstrating their commitment to Jesus.

“My brother and I are starting a Christian platform to share the gospel early on and encourage others to find Jesus. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life,” he added.

Revival Among Gen Z

Kaden emphasized their goal of boldness in sharing the good news: “We want to let people know they can be brave for him without shame.” Interestingly, the triplets didn’t even have an Instagram account last year and convinced their mothers to help them create one to post Bible-related content. Gage acknowledged the pitfalls of social media but believes it can be used positively.

“Sure, there’s a lot of bad out there, but we can bring good into it,” he said. Initially using their mother’s phone, they grew their following to over 220,000, especially after a school video hit a nerve with viewers. In the video, they encourage peers to be “light” in their schools by discussing faith and kindness.

“We realized we could have a significant impact through social media,” one brother pointed out, reflecting on how their video outperformed events like a packed Panthers Stadium.

The Helms brothers feel there’s a deep hunger for authentic fulfillment in their generation—something they think can stem from faith. “I think our generation craves Jesus more than ever,” Kaden observed, noting that unlike previous generations, today’s youth engage with social media differently, often in negative ways.

A Shift in Focus

Kaden and Gage agree that many Gen Z members are turning away from unsatisfying pursuits towards something meaningful. They painted a picture of a world that feels empty—a reality young people are beginning to realize. Kaden discussed the allure of fleeting pleasures, saying, “Chasing temporary things won’t satisfy you. But Jesus’ love fills you up.”

Even with their increasing platform, the brothers aim to stay true to their mission. “Every day I wake up with joy,” Kaden said. He expressed how having faith with Jesus by his side makes each day worthwhile.

Looking ahead, Kaden, Gage, and Till plan to attend Gardner-Webb University this fall and will participate in wrestling while there.
