The 76th Emmy Awards ceremony began at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
“The General” led the way in nominations Sunday night with 25. Hulu's “The Bear” followed with 23, and Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin's “Only Murders in the Building” received 21 nominations.
“Schitt's Creek” co-stars, father-son duo Eugene and Dan Levy, hosted Sunday night's awards ceremony.
“My dad and I are not stand-up comedians, so we approach it from very different places,” Dan said. people“But we both try really hard and are determined to make it as amazing as possible. We want to create an atmosphere that feels really welcoming and celebratory. It's an important night in a lot of people's lives and we just want to be there to make it as fun an evening as possible for everyone.”
