Police say five separate shootings happened on the same interstate in King County, Washington, on Monday night.

Washington State Police said on social media that all five shootings happened on Interstate 5, but it was unclear whether the shootings were related.

The first shooting happened on Interstate 5 northbound at 320, with one passenger reported to be injured.

Immediately after the shooting, the 911 caller exited the highway and went to a nearby fire station, where he was treated for his injuries and then transported to Harborview Medical Center. KOMO reported.

The suspect vehicle in both shootings matched the vehicle in the first shooting near 320th. Injuries were reported in both shootings, but the circumstances are unknown.
