38K Chinese Illegals Living in U.S. Despite Ordered Deported

Nearly 40,000 illegal foreigners from China live in the United States despite being deported by a federal immigration judge, a new report suggests.

“About 390,000 undocumented Chinese immigrants live in the United States, with more than a quarter living in California, according to the Institute for Immigration Policy.” Guardian Report. “According to ICE data from November, nearly 38,000 of those are expected to have been subject to final removal orders.”

The Trump administration focuses on prioritizing deportation of illegal foreign criminals over criminal history and gang members, but those with final deportation orders are expected to be the next category of prioritized internal enforcement.
