Nearly 40,000 illegal foreigners from China live in the United States despite being deported by a federal immigration judge, a new report suggests.

As of last year, an estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens currently live in the United States thanks to former President Joe Biden's vast catch-and-release network – despite being deported by a federal immigration judge, they are not detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) agency.
The Trump administration focuses on prioritizing deportation of illegal foreign criminals over criminal history and gang members, but those with final deportation orders are expected to be the next category of prioritized internal enforcement.
