Four people have been taken into custody in connection with the disappearance of two Kansas women who were last seen driving through the Oklahoma Panhandle, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) confirmed to FOX News Digital.
OSBI confirmed Saturday that four people were taken into custody.
One person was arrested in Texas County and the other three were arrested in Cimarron County.
OSBI identified the suspects as 43-year-old Tad Burt Cullum, 54-year-old Tiffany Machelle Adams, 50-year-old Cole Earl Twombly, and 44-year-old Cora Twombly.
All four were booked into a Texas county jail on two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, officials said.
OSBI said arrests have been made, but the women remain missing.
Veronica Butler, 27, and Jillian Kelly, 39, were last seen on March 30, near the Oklahoma-Kansas border, as they were on their way to pick up their children. Their car was found abandoned due to suspected “foul play,” police said.
“We urge everyone in the area if you know anything or have any additional information to contact us,” Hunter McKee, public affairs manager for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, told FOX News Digital on Thursday. I am asking you to please do so.”

McKee told Fox News Digital on Monday that finding the women alive is becoming “increasingly difficult” as the days go by without knowing where the women are.
Butler has “several tattoos, including a Chinese symbol on her left forearm and a sunflower on her left shoulder,” and Jillian has “several tattoos on her left forearm,” according to a missing person advisory from the Texas County Sheriff’s Office. “I have a butterfly tattoo.”
Butler is 5 feet 4 inches tall with red hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt and denim shorts, according to the alert.
Kelly has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and tan or beige shoes.
