The NFL Pro Bowl roster features some of the biggest and brightest stars, including eight from the San Francisco 49ers and seven from the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys.
While it was a celebration for most teams, there were four teams whose players were not initially selected to the Pro Bowl on Wednesday.

The Green Bay Packers, Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders and New England Patriots were shut out from Pro Bowl rosters. Players originally on the roster included Jordan Love, Derrick Brown, Adam Thielen, Camren Karl, Terry McLaurin, and Kyle Dugger.
However, two teams had some players named as alternates.

The Packers' reserves include Rashan Gary, Kenny Clark, Elgton Jenkins, Jaire Alexander and Keyshawn Nixon. The Panthers' reserves include Brown, Brian Burns, Johnny Hekker and JJ Jansen.
If there were more injuries on the roster, the Patriots could have had several Pro Bowlers. According to ESPN, this is the first time since 2000 that the team does not have a Pro Bowl player.
This is the first time since 1993 that the Commanders do not have a Pro Bowler on the team. Washington traded Montez Sweat to the Chicago Bears earlier this season. He was selected to his first Pro Bowl.
If a player drops out, a replacement may be invited to the Pro Bowl game.

The Pro Bowl game will begin on February 1st in Orlando, Florida.
