Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and San Fran’s team advanced to football’s Last Dance with a shocking 24-7 second-half comeback against the upstart Detroit Lions.
Purdy said after the game, “Just the relief of being back is huge.” “Seeing the clock hit zero and get up was special for all of us.”

About the 49ers vs. Chiefs game
Looking back at franchise history, the Chiefs have an overall record of 7 wins and 7 losses against the 49ers.
The last time the two sides met was in October 2022, before Super Bowl 54, as mentioned above. Kansas City escaped with a 44-23 victory in the regular season contest.
This year, the 49ers went 12-5 and made the playoffs for the third consecutive year. They named a whopping eight players to the Pro Bowl — quarterback Brock Purdy, running back Christian McCaffrey, fullback Kyle Juszczuk, tight end George Kittle, offensive tackle Trent Williams, and defenseman. End Nick Bosa, defensive lineman Javon Hargrave, linebacker Fred Warner, and cornerback Charvarius Ward.
The 11-6 AFC West champion Chiefs have had a season full of high-profile ups and downs, including Taylor Swift’s cutaway and Jason Kelce’s touchdown dance. However, Andy Reid’s team never wavered and continued to win. Quarterbacks Mahomes and Kelce, guard Joe Thuney, center Creed Humphrey and interior lineman Chris Jones will be represented in the 2024 Pro Bowl.

Will Taylor Swift play in the Super Bowl?
I can’t confirm or deny whether she’ll be in the game, but you’ll probably find her in a luxury box with the Kelce family.
The only reason she won’t be participating is because there was too much time between her February 10th performance at Tokyo Dome in Japan and her jet preparation.
NFL Network’s Ian Rappaport seems to think so.
“Let me introduce you to something called the International Date Line,” he said. X (Formerly Twitter).
“Tokyo is 17 hours ahead, which means this concert on February 10th at 6pm will start at 1am Las Vegas time. [Pacific Time] Basically, the same day, that is, the morning of the previous day. Let’s say it’s a 5-hour concert and ends around 11pm local time. It’s 6 a.m. — remember, it’s still Saturday in Las Vegas — considering it’s a 12-hour flight, she’ll probably leave in about an hour, Taylor Swift could still arrive on Saturday. I’ll be heading to Las Vegas from the Super Bowl around 7 or 8 p.m., so I’ll be just in time for the party. ”
If you’d like to see Taylor Swift perform live this year instead of sitting on the sidelines at a festival, you can find her complete 2024 tour calendar here, including all concert dates in the U.S. and internationally.
