Rose praised Trump for saying he would vote against Amendment 4 in Florida.
“Thank you @realDonaldTrump! Please help the great people of Florida reject this horrible amendment!,” she wrote to X. “If Trump starts talking like former President Trump did at the March for Life, when he said, 'Together we must protect, cherish and defend the dignity and sanctity of every human life,' he might win this election.”
But Rhodes said Trump has taken other positions and should retract them.
“The positions the Trump campaign has taken in recent weeks are very different from his 2016 campaign and how he has governed as president and I believe will undermine his campaign: 1) Supports taxpayer-funded IVF for all or having insurance companies cover the cost of IVF, which is further to the left than Harris and Walz; 2) Supports abortion pills (60% of all abortions); 3) Has said he would veto abortion bans; 4) Has criticized pro-life state heartbeat laws and abortion bans; 5) Has watered down the Republican National Convention platform to include government-funded IVF and birth control.”
“This has killed the enthusiasm of Trump supporters,” Rose said. Written Regarding X: “My recommendation to the Trump campaign is to reverse course, stand strong for life, become a fighter again, capitalize on the positive momentum against the Fourth Amendment in Florida, and stand up to the horror of the taxpayer funded Harris/Waltz policies that mutilate and torture children.”
“I believe if he does this, Trump will win,” Rhodes added.
