In a poll conducted Thursday by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, nearly two-thirds of Americans said they should reduce their consumption of establishment media after the presidential election because of overload.
The presidential election news cycle is intense, and some Americans may need a break from the Democratic-biased establishment media coverage.

The post-election slump in fans of losing candidates is not a new trend for networks that have become highly conscious of partisan audiences. MSNBC had a similar problem after President Trump was elected in 2016.
