On a recent episode of Glenn Beck’s Wednesday Night Special, he delved into the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Tensions are high, with people from all sides of the political spectrum skeptical about the integrity of U.S. elections.
according to ABC poll, confidence in our electoral system is at an abysmal 20%. How can we improve America’s dangerously low confidence? Glenn has some answers.
But before getting into the details of how to secure the 2024 election, he wanted to make one thing very clear. do not have I’m talking about 2016, when the left claimed it was stolen, and 2020, when the right claimed it was stolen. [or] 2022. ”
“The only time I mention these elections is in the form of this question: Do you think this year’s elections are more secure?” [2024] What about 2022 or 2020? ” He said.

That being said, here’s what Glenn said:
Glenn began by asking, “What has your state done to make this year’s elections more secure?”
For example, according to recent reports, Washington Post article“Voting in Michigan will become easier for many people this fall.”
Why would it be easier? “Because we passed legislation that extended early voting and made it easier to vote by mail, and we added enough ballot drop boxes,” Glenn explained, “that made people skeptical. Isn’t that a problem?” he added.
The article then contrasted these “easier” Michigan voting procedures with states like North Carolina. “North Carolina will see changes in the opposite direction,” the paper argued.
Glenn explained that North Carolina “requires voters to show voter ID,” a policy that “has approval from 80% of all parties,” and that “absentee ballots are not returned.” It mandates deadlines.”[scaled] Return early voting locations. ”
“I think what they did in North Carolina was to secure the election, but that’s not the framework that the Post is giving,” he explains. According to the article, “These two states demonstrate how voting has changed since the last presidential election. But whether it will be easier or harder for Americans to vote than it was in 2020 remains to be seen. It depends on where they live and, in many cases, whether Democrats or Republicans have been in charge.
However, according to Glenn, “easy” doesn’t necessarily mean better. A more difficult path often provides more security.
“Deadlines are hard. It’s hard to secure anything,” he says. “If it’s not necessary to be difficult, there’s little point in it.”
No matter who wins the election, “will either side believe it?”
“I don’t think so,” says Glenn, especially if we keep choosing “easy” over what’s best.
So how can you stay safe as Election Day approaches? According to Glenn, there are eight things you can do and one red flag to look out for. That red flag is revealed throughout the episode, available exclusively on BlazeTV.
