8X Deported Kidnapper Removed by ICE to Mexico

HOUSTON, Texas – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers removed Mexican nationals convicted of lures Thursday. Criminal foreigners have a long criminal history and have been deported eight times.

Information received from ICE officials in Houston found that Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officials deported 43-year-old Balthazar Pantoja Calderon to their country late last week.

According to Ice, Pantoja has illegally made it to the US eight times. After being first arrested in May 1999, Mexican citizens were voluntarily deported to Mexico. ICE reported the following criminal convictions:

  • Invitation on May 12, 2010.
  • Driving on May 29, 2008 while drunk.
  • Illegal entry on July 3, 2018. and
  • He resisted arrest on March 10th, 2025.

“The lack of full respect for our country's legal system that this criminal alien has shown over the past century has unfortunately become more common,” said Brett Bradford, director of the Houston Field Office for Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations. “The South Texas law enforcement community is united in our resolve to restore sovereignty across the southern borders, and has united to eliminate these dangerous criminal aliens from our country.

In these circumstances, ICE will refer you to illegal re-entry prosecutions after removal to the US attorney's office in the Southern District of Texas. The press conference was unclear whether the referral was made or whether US lawyers refused to indict the eight-time exile.
