The family of a 9-year-old boy who is battling brain cancer now endures a different kind of nightmare. He is a con man who exploits his tragic circumstances and collects cash for himself.
Twisted Imposters earns money from well-intentioned donors through PayPal using photos of Julian Galloway on fake Tiktok and other social media accounts. ABC13 reported.
The Texas, who shared Julian's brave cancer journey on Facebook, learned about the Ghoulish scheme in May.

Julian was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in December 2019. The boy was given two years ago for six months to a year, but he ignored all possibilities and still fights a good fight today, ABC13 said.
