Sky Daily, Hulk Hogan’s wife, paid tribute to her son-in-law, Nick Hogan, while mourning the loss of the legendary wrestler.
She shared a touching message on Instagram on Nick’s 35th birthday, expressing how much Hulk, whose real name is Terry Bollea, cherished him.
“Happy birthday @nickhogan! We love you so much,” she wrote, alongside a nostalgic photo of Hulk embracing Nick. “Your dad would have been so proud of you—loyal, loving, hardworking, and always there when it mattered.”
“The strength and heart you’ve shown all along means more than I can say,” she added, emphasizing her gratitude. “I’m so thankful for you, and I’m sure Terry feels the same every day.”
In response, Nick expressed his thanks, acknowledging Sky’s support for both him and his father during their challenging times.
“Thank you for everything you did for my father, and for being here for us now,” he commented.
Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24 at the age of 71 due to cardiac arrest, following weeks of declining health.
Nick has also honored his father on Instagram, sharing old photos and calling him the “most incredible person” he’s ever known.
Sky and Hulk had married just two years before his passing.
Sources mentioned that during his last days, Hulk experienced severe shortness of breath and extreme fatigue.
Sky mentioned feeling “dismembered” by the suddenness of his death. “To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart,” she wrote on Instagram.
She added that Hulk loved his fans dearly, doing everything he could to connect with them, even in his discomfort.
Sky, who became Hulk’s third wife, married him in September 2023; he had two previous marriages, first to Linda Hogan and then Jennifer McDaniel.
Linda and Hulk were together for 26 years and shared a daughter, Brooke, with Nick. Although Brooke had distanced herself from her father before his death and didn’t attend his wedding, sources indicated he still held deep affection for her.
“He was very proud of her; she was his little girl,” shared someone close to the family. “It’s hard to believe he’s really gone.”
