Kate Hudson Shares Family Vacation Moments
Kate Hudson is taking some time with her family. The 46-year-old star of “Almost Famous” recently shared a collection of photos on Instagram from a family getaway in Colorado.
One snapshot features Kate smiling for the camera, pushing her hair back while wearing a brown bikini top and holding a guitar. She captioned the post with the phrase, “Soul Reset.”
The photo carousel also showed her with her well-known relatives, including her mother, actress Goldie Hawn. In one picture, the mother-daughter duo posed alongside Kate’s daughter, Lani Rose, and actress Dakota Johnson.
Fans reacted to the post with enthusiasm, one commenting, “Kate, Goldie, all of my favorite women!!!” Another user inquired, “Is that Dakota in the second photo?” Other images revealed moments from horseback riding and showcasing the beautiful surroundings, with one follower noting, “A beautiful country with great people.”
Earlier this July, Hudson and Johnson enjoyed time on a yacht off the coast of Ibiza, celebrating the birthday of Naomi Campbell’s partner, Mohammed Al Turki.
In a previous social media update, Kate posted images from another family trip, this time to Greece, featuring more familiar faces, including her brothers, Oliver Hudson and Wyatt Russell.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of her Netflix series “Ronning Point” in February 2025, Kate dismissed suggestions about a family reality show, stating, “It’s never going to happen.” She added, “My dad’s too cool. He’d rather just be a father in Colorado. Snake Plissken doesn’t make reality.”
Oliver recently spoke about his close relationship with Kurt Russell, mentioning, “Essentially, he raised me. I’m the man I am today because of him.” He recounted a moment when they considered doing a reality show, but ultimately decided against it, reflecting on the complexities of family dynamics.
Oliver expressed, “There’s love with Kurt, no doubt about it. He is my father. I call him PA. But there was always something missing; it felt like, ‘Wow, but there’s the other side.’”
