A man from Los Angeles has been causing quite a disturbance with loud horns that can be heard in the Marisore area for a few minutes every day.

Gary Boyajayan, age 50, has been frustrating his Van Nuys neighbors with this noise since at least June. According to reports, police finally kicked down his door on Wednesday and discovered “10 horns.”

“It’s like the sound of a train horn that carries up to 3 1/2 miles,” said an upset neighbor, Robert Donovan, referencing one horn even attached to a tree out front.

Neighbors claim that Boyajayan would blast these horns every afternoon, stopping only when police showed up.

LAPD officers arrested him on Wednesday after receiving numerous complaints.

“We seized ten horns,” stated Colonel Christopher Zain. “They resemble train horns powered by a compressor.”

According to neighbors, he had silenced the horns before the police arrived, but when his horns were quiet, he still made enough noise to cause a scene.

Despite his arrest, Boyajayan was back at it again, expressing frustration about the situation.

“Of course, I’m going to keep blowing the horn,” he declared. “They arrested me for that! Did you see how many people showed up at my house yesterday?”

Video footage captured him being handcuffed and taken from his home. He claimed to reporters that his noise was a “cry for help,” adding that he believed the LAPD was assisting a gangster who supposedly wants to kill him.

Neighbors have voiced their concerns regarding his behavior since June. He has been said to have issues with mental health recently, even though he lived peacefully in the neighborhood for two decades prior.

“He says he needs help, but he never specifies what kind,” Donovan remarked. “I don’t think he’s a bad person; he’s just doing some bad things.”
