Rep. Gill Talks Oversight on Harris’ Role in Biden’s Administration
On Friday’s episode of “Mornings with Maria” on Fox Business Network, Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) discussed the potential formation of a House Oversight Committee regarding the time former Vice President Kamala Harris spent in office.
Republicans from Texas believe that Harris could shed light on President Biden’s administration.
Sheryl Cathone, the host, mentioned, “The House Oversight Committee just spoke with Ian Samus, a representative from the Biden White House yesterday. I’m curious about your thoughts on this. This is the latest in the Autopen investigation. Supervisor Chair James Kommer provided some details from the interview and unveiled part of the investigation. So, what’s your take on all this?”
Gill responded, “Absolutely. Look, these are the people who claim to know everything. Whenever Americans saw Joe Biden on television, they witnessed his cognitive decline. His performance in debates was telling. We could see it in his eyes. People know that the concerns surrounding the Biden administration aren’t just unfounded accusations.”
Cathone then asked, “Do you think Kamala Harris should be summoned?”
Gill confirmed, “I believe Kamala Harris should be called in. She has been closer to Biden than most, and it’s important that she addresses this as well.”
