Xana Kernodle's last meal disclosed in newly published crime scene images from the Idaho murders

A recently released crime scene image reveals the last meal from Jack in the Box ordered by one of the four University of Idaho students before the tragic attack by Brian Coberger.

The photo depicts 20-year-old Xana Kernodle’s Doordash order from the night of November 13, 2022.

The image shows several empty delivery bags labeled with “Xana” scattered across a kitchen counter, while half-eaten fries were discovered in the microwave.

Wrapper remnants from the Jack in the Box meal were found strewn on messy counters, according to the photo.

Authorities have previously stated that Kernodle’s order was delivered at 3:59 AM, and it’s believed she collected it from the front door before hearing disturbances upstairs.

During her meal, Kernodle reportedly heard some commotion above her on the third floor.

Tragically, Kernodle was later found dead, having suffered over 50 stab wounds near her second-floor bedroom.

This image is part of a collection of investigative documents released by Idaho State Police following Coberger’s sentencing to life in prison for the murders of Kernodle and her roommates, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, and Ethan Chapin.
