Brutal Attack in Baltimore Captured on Video
A harrowing incident in Baltimore was recorded by security cameras, showing a 20-year-old man being attacked and stabbed by two individuals, believed to be illegal aliens, according to Maryland State Police.
The footage from the cameras at a local ice cream shop, Bmore Licks, depicts the assault taking place at an intersection, startling witnesses who watched the scene unfold without intervening.
In the video, a few moments into the altercation, one of the assailants tries to drive their scooter over the victim’s feet.
According to court documents reported by WBFF-TV, the victim stated that he and a friend were on a scooter when they were approached by the two men. His friend fled, leaving him to face the attackers alone, who began beating him.
Despite the chaos, bystanders only looked on as a car passed by, yet no one stepped in to help.
Eventually, the victim managed to escape towards the ice cream shop but was dragged back by one of the attackers. Shortly after, the attacker made another attempt to hit him with the scooter.
Police later found a scooter matching the attackers’ description and located the riders in a nearby McDonald’s parking lot. They were identified as 23-year-old Winston Libero Aliendo and his brother, 27-year-old Wilson Libero Aliendo.
One of the brothers confessed to being involved in the assault, claiming he was trying to reclaim a scooter that had been stolen from a delivery driver at a Popeyes restaurant. He admitted to striking the victim with his hands, feet, and the scooter.
An unnamed source informed police that the owner of the scooter had organized a group of Venezuelans to track down the vehicle using a GPS device.
However, the victim mentioned that he purchased the scooter through Facebook Marketplace, only to discover later that it was stolen.
Winston Libero Aliendo has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, and multiple assault charges. The brothers are also identified as illegal immigrants rumored to have connections to the MS-13 crime gang.
