Brad Pitt purchases a $12 million home in Hollywood Hills

Once upon a time… in Hollywood Hills.

Brad Pitt has just secured a property in Hollywood Hills for $12 million. This was confirmed recently.

The Spanish-style residence boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, alongside a pool, a fire pit, a home theater, and even a vegetable garden.

The “Fight Club” actor, at 61, acquired the 8,385-square-foot estate from Killers guitarist Dave Keuning and his wife, Emily.

Keuning had purchased the home from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai in 2021 for about $9.6 million and later listed it for just under $14 million this June.

With scenic views stretching from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, this renovated property was originally built in 1989 and is located in a coveted enclave that includes other star residents like Orlando Bloom and Ben Affleck.

The entrance features a striking double-height foyer with wooden ceilings and arched doorways, which adds a welcoming yet refined charm. Other highlights include a living room with steel French doors, a roomy kitchen, multiple airy living areas, and a minimalist office.

The main bedrooms are fitted with expansive windows that showcase stunning ocean views, while the en-suite bathrooms are adorned with elegant black-and-white marble and a sophisticated glass shower.

Upon acquiring this home, those familiar with the deal noted that Pitt was particularly drawn to the existing security features, especially after experiencing a break-in at a previous residence. It appears he prioritized a secure and private environment for his new home.

The property’s lush landscaping helps keep it well-hidden, and it comes fully wired with advanced alarm systems. The area is also secured by gate access.

This new acquisition only adds to Pitt’s already substantial real estate portfolio. Previously, he sold other compounds in the same neighborhood for $33 million, and has also purchased an impressive Clifftop Home in Carmel Highlands for $40 million, alongside co-owning the Château Miraval Winery in France.
